Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students as a Speech-Language Pathologist near Hayward, CA. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions aimed at improving communication abilities Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes with precision and timeliness Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic support Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process, fostering understanding and success at home and school
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state license (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged students strongly encouraged Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team-focused environment This contract role offers a competitive compensation package.
