Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students with mild to moderate needs in an engaging school environment. This onsite contract role is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) eager to provide meaningful support and interventions. You'll work alongside experienced SLPs in a collaborative setting and make a difference for students at the elementary level.
What You'll Bring:
SLP-CCC certification (required) Background in working with mild to moderate student populations Experience in school-based speech therapy Ability to develop and implement effective communication and language intervention plans Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary students on-site Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within caseload Develop and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student Consult with staff and families to maximize student success in both academic and social contexts Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in line with school and legal standards Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that helps every child reach their communication goals
