We are looking for a clinician who has experience working with children and is committed to delivering family-centered, evidence-based care. This role focuses heavily on pediatric assessment, treatment, and early intervention, supporting children in developing meaningful communication skills across everyday environments.
Limited-Time Offer:
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients. Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and areas of need. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services using developmentally appropriate and engaging treatment approaches. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care. Track client progress through accurate clinical documentation and modify treatment plans as needed. Provide caregiver coaching, education, and practical strategies to support communication development outside of therapy sessions. Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional growth opportunities. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations required; school-based or early intervention experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of child development, speech and language disorders, and evidence-based treatment practices. Knowledge of early intervention, family coaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative team environment.Employment Options Full-Time Part-Time Contract Pay:
