Our team is growing and we're looking for a talented, empathetic, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help us continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve. Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency differences. You'll work closely with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to create customized treatment plans that embrace strengths, honor autonomy, and build skills through meaningful, real-world interactions. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations to assess communication strengths and needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Provide direct speech-language therapy using play-based, child-led approaches. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support skill development across environments. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. Educate families on therapy goals, techniques, and ways to integrate communication strategies into everyday routines. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional learning. What You Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Pediatric experience required. Experience with AAC devices.
