Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services within a dynamic school setting near Kerman, CA. This position focuses on supporting student success through assessments, therapy, and collaboration with teachers and families.
Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) for California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and tailor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, both individual and group Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and progress reports Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and achievement Provide resources and strategies to support staff and families in fostering communication skills In this vibrant educational community, you will make meaningful impacts in the lives of students by helping them reach their communication goals.
