Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology Valid (or eligible) state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Strong commitment to supporting students' individual communication needs Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff Eagerness to work with new graduates, accepting those seeking CFY supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for students in grades K-12 Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress toward goals Provide direct therapy sessions—individually and in small groups—tailoring approaches to diverse learning styles Maintain thorough documentation on evaluations, progress, and compliance with federal/state requirements Consult with educators and families to foster successful communication strategies in and out of the classroom This 186-day position offers a structured calendar and the chance to partner with supportive teams in a school-centered environment.
