Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Deliver targeted therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals Accurately track, monitor, and document student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive, quality care Provide ongoing education and support to families throughout the intervention process
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution State licensure (or eligibility) approved by California's Speech Language Pathology Board Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued Superior communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative environment
