Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel Speech-Language Pathology opportunity available in Mammoth Lakes, CA, featuring travel to diverse school settings. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to pediatric and school-aged populations within educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals. Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy outcomes. Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care. Involve and educate families to support therapy goals and promote consistent progress.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric and school-aged children in school settings preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with team members and families. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements:
Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology for the state served. Ability to travel and adapt to various school environments across different locations.
