Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade who present with a range of mild to severe speech and language needs. These onsite, full-time opportunities offer immediate starts and continue through June 3, 2026, allowing for long-term continuity with your caseload. Work closely with an engaged educational community, making a significant impact by managing cases and supporting students' communication development.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required California SLP license or eligibility Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaboration within IEP teams Comfortable managing caseloads that include a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 populations Solid organizational skills for effective case management and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
Direct service delivery to K-12 students with mild to severe communication disorders Evaluate students and develop individualized intervention plans Maintain case management records in compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to shape targeted goals Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed Extend your skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
