Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available in Mc Farland, CA, beginning mid-August for the 2026-2027 school year. These contract roles will support students primarily at the elementary level across two school sites.
Key responsibilities:
Provide speech-language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring Manage caseloads mainly consisting of elementary-aged students Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adhere to professional standards as outlined by the CCC and school guidelines
Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification/license with clinical fellowship year (CFY) acceptable Experience working in schools preferred; familiarity with pediatrics and healthcare settings a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to working onsite (no virtual or SLPA positions currently) Ability to maintain professional, timely, and effective service delivery Work schedule and details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Positions start mid-August 2026 and end June 2027 Majority of service delivered on-site at two school locations This opportunity allows you to engage closely with a pediatric caseload in an educational setting and contribute to student development.
