Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a contract position based in Mc Farland, CA. This opportunity is for the current school year, with the potential for renewal, serving the needs of students within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify and diagnose communication disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, articulation, fluency, and related communication skills. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and reporting.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working within a K-12 school environment preferred. Strong assessment and intervention skills for a range of speech and language disorders. Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage caseload and administrative duties efficiently.
