Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students with diverse speech and language needs in a dynamic school setting near Merced, CA. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in transforming students' communication abilities and enhancing their academic journeys.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is valued Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individualized goals Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication development Carefully monitor, document, and update progress for each student Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated, effective care Educate and involve families to support progress beyond the therapy setting In addition to your daily impact, you'll benefit from a competitive compensation package, robust benefits, and the continuous support of a dedicated advisory team comprised of experienced SLPs in your region.
