Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as an SLP in California Experience with school-age populations; middle school experience is a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and caregivers Commitment to supporting inclusivity, student achievement, and evidence-based practice
Primary Accountabilities:
Conduct assessments and screenings of middle school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders Provide direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with student goals Document progress and maintain accurate records per regulatory guidelines Collaborate with teachers, allied professionals, and families to maximize student outcomes Support IEP meetings, deliver clear documentation, and participate in data-driven decision-making This opportunity offers you the chance to work in a dynamic educational setting, using your expertise to genuinely change student futures.
