Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN / On-Call Cypress Ridge Care Center Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN / on-call basis. • $50/hour and up (DOE - Depending on Experience) Position Summary The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
• Perform speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications
• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Schedule
