$68.34 / hour (All-Inclusive Gross $2,597 weekly gross) Job Overview Seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract at a 50-149 bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Monterey, CA. This position features a stable daytime schedule with a quick-start timeline. Candidates must have solid post-acute experience and be ready to manage a dedicated patient caseload from day one. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at maximizing resident independence. Manage daily clinical documentation efficiently within the facility's specialized rehab systems. Collaborate closely with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements (Must-Haves)
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Software Knowledge:
Proficiency with Rehab Optima (Net Health) is required.
License:
Must hold a currently active California State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Credentials:
Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP). Perks $68.34/hr gross all-inclusive rate ($2,597 total weekly gross). Stable daytime hours with 38 hours guaranteed weekly. No weekend or holiday coverage required.

$2,597.00 per week
