Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting students throughout the upcoming 26/27 school year as an SLP or SLPA. This contract opportunity is available near Montgomery Creek, CA and offers the chance to work closely with an engaging caseload of 15-20 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. Flexible work hours are possible, aligning with school hours of 8:00 am to 3:15 pm, with early dismissal for elementary students—making this role ideal for those seeking some flexibility in their schedule.
Desired Credentials and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required for SLP roles California state license or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Experience or training working in school settings (Pre-K through 12th grade) is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping students achieve their speech and language goals
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students, adjusting to a diverse caseload Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress Attend IEP meetings and document ongoing student progress For SLPA candidates: deliver therapy primarily with elementary students under SLP supervision Enjoy the ability to make a difference in a school community while experiencing a supportive, collaborative environment.
