This role focuses on delivering speech-language services to a diverse pediatric caseload through both traditional and teletherapy methods. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY). Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments. Expertise in teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms. Strong understanding of PreK student development and common communication disorders. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ethical practices and continued professional development.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy services to PreK students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals. Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and teletherapy service delivery. This contract opportunity offers competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $48-60 based on experience. The position is based in the Ontario/Azusa area, working with a single school and a PreK caseload in a collaborative, student-focused setting.
