Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Palo Alto, CA, providing specialized support within a school setting. This position is ideal for professionals holding certification in speech-language pathology who are passionate about enhancing students' communication skills in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide intervention services in accordance with the school's academic calendar (ASAP through End of School Year).
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working in school settings preferred. Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders impacting school-aged children. Ability to travel to Palo Alto and adapt to varying school environments.
