Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Soliant has partnered with an small educational community in Ramona, CA, and is seeking a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.
Requirements:
Both ASHA-Certified candidates and Clinical Fellows will be considered Clinical Fellows will be supervised by a CF mentor appointed by Soliant Candidates must have either a California SLP license or a Clinical and Rehabilitative Services credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Prior schools experience strongly preferred
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly W2 pay of $58 to $68/hr, dependent on experience Health, vision and dental insurance Paid sick leave, accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked Employer-matched 401(k) As a Speech-Language Pathologist in an education setting, clinicians will: Conduct both informal and standardized assessments to determine students' level of speech therapy needs Updating progress reports to ensure that students are moving towards their IEP goals Write reports based on evaluation results, in accordance with state and federal mandates Develop IEP goals in collaboration with District staff and families Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings We seek candidates who demonstrate the following core competencies: Excellent communication skills Strong work ethic and drive to support student success Ability to collaborate with co-workers and student families Problem-solving skills With a 15-year history of placing excellent candidates in education settings, Soliant takes pride in working closely with our clinicians to find the job setting that supports their life goals.
