Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact working with preschool-aged children as a bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant California community. This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is designed for professionals who are passionate about fostering communication development in early learners and making a real difference in their educational journey. Ideal applicants bring experience in various SLP settings, from clinical fellowships to school-based therapy, and are adept at delivering dynamic services to young learners. Preferred Qualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Previous experience providing therapy to preschool-aged children Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized service plans Expertise in a range of SLP settings, including school-based environments Familiarity with documentation procedures in educational settings Collaborative mindset for working alongside families, teachers, and other professionals Compassion and patience for supporting young learners' growth
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students in-person Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, and communication challenges Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services Provide culturally sensitive, bilingual support to meet students' diverse needs Experience the reward of helping young children build confidence and communication skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
