Richmond, California Onsite•School-Based Position Summary RCM Health Care is seeking full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-person services to school-aged students during school hours. In this role, you will assess, identify, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, voice, and language disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and ensure students receive the full benefit of their educational program. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift School-based position Follows the academic calendar Part-time opportunities available•4 days per week 2026-2027 School Year Key Duties Plan and provide individual and group speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for speech-language services Monitor student progress and determine readiness for discharge from therapy services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication development Participate in IEP and ARD meetings, providing interpretation of assessment results and recommendations Provide consultation, training, and professional development to school personnel regarding communication disorders Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Assist with the selection of instructional materials and equipment to support therapy services Ensure compliance with all district policies, procedures, and applicable regulations May supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants or Speech Aides, as applicable Requirements Education SLP Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university Licenses & Certifications SLP Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SBESLPA) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Skills Knowledge of evaluation, habilitation, and rehabilitation of speech and language disorders Ability to administer accepted speech-language assessments and interpret results Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability insurance 401K Flex Spending Referral Bonus Program Weekly Direct Deposit About Us RCM Health Care Services' mission is to provide opportunities for qualified candidates across medical professions.
