Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting in Ridgecrest, CA. This role is onsite only, focusing on delivering direct speech-language services to elementary students within the school district.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Experience working as a school-based SLP Ability to manage an elementary school caseload effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary educational team Commitment to providing in-person therapeutic support to students
Location:
Ridgecrest, California Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language evaluation and intervention services to elementary students Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and student progress Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based speech pathology
