Your Role Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for infants and toddlers (0-3) in their home environments. Complete evaluations and develop family-centered, functional goals. Coach caregivers to embed strategies into daily routines. Manage your caseload independently and complete high-quality, timely documentation. Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team focused on positive developmental outcomes.Must-have's:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CA SLP license. Pediatric experience; early-intervention (0-3) strongly preferred. Experience with phonological disorders and expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs. Warm, compassionate communication style and strong family collaboration skills. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Bonus skills:
Bilingual (Spanish) Previous early intervention experience. Experience with swallowing and AAC devices.
