Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job-California Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in California available. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting intensive speech and language therapy services to students of all ages, using our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. You will work along side a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and communicate effectively with students and their families. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct teletherapy assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders. Create and implement customized treatment plans to address students' communication needs. Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document therapy sessions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers, to support student's overall development and well-being. Keep confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice at all times.
Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Previous experience working with clients in a school. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environments Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00.
