Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required for school practice Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students ranging from mild to moderate needs Evaluate and assess students using standardized tools and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational teams Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate effectively with families and staff Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate individual student goals and diverse learning environments Consult with educators and parents to support generalization of therapy strategies within classroom settings
