School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Bernardino, California ProCare Therapy - 3.9 San Bernardino, CA Job Details Contract $45.53 - $72.53 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Career development plan Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference supporting K-12 students by providing essential speech-language services in a vibrant and collaborative school environment. This contract opportunity calls for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about empowering student success. Positions are onsite and span the academic year, working with elementary or K-12 caseloads alongside a supportive team that includes SLPA assistance.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active state Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) CTC Clear Credential (required/not in progress) Recent school-based SLP experience—preferably with elementary or K-12 student populations Ability to work onsite; this is not a virtual or Clinical Fellow (CF) role Willingness to travel as needed, including mileage-reimbursed trips to Monument Peak (for Needles, CA position) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Overview:
Deliver in-person SLP services to caseloads of about 55 students, grades K-6 (Victorville) or K-12 (Needles) Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs Work closely with special education teams, teachers, families, and SLPAs to ensure each student's goals are met Maintain accurate documentation and participate in progress meetings as required Engage in ongoing professional development and adapt services to support diverse student backgrounds
