In-person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) are needed to deliver vital speech and language services for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether working with elementary learners in Victorville or engaging with students across all grade levels in the Needles area, you'll join a collaborative environment that values dedication and expertise.
Openings include:
Two SLPs:
K-6 caseloads (approx. 55 students each) with SLPA support in the Victorville area
One SLP:
K-12 caseload (approx. 55 students) with SLPA support in Needles; occasional travel to a nearby reservation is required (mileage reimbursed) Key qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California state SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) CTC Clear Credential Previous experience in school-based SLP settings preferred Willingness to travel for on-site needs Strong collaborative and communication skills Position highlights: 37.5-hour workweek (full time), August 2026 - June 2027 (dates subject to change) All assignments are onsite only—no virtual or Clinical Fellowship candidates Support from SLPAs to maintain manageable caseloads Mileage reimbursement for required travel Dynamic, student-centered school environments Opportunity to make a lasting impact on K-12 learners If you are passionate about providing exceptional speech and language services to diverse student populations, this contract role is for you.
