This is a unique opportunity for an SLP who loves working with children and is energized by the idea of helping shape the future of a practice. For the right clinician, there is a clear pathway to step into a leadership role as the speech department continues to expand. Join a team with many areas of specialization, including AAC, feeding, myofunctional therapy, sensory integration, aquatic therapy, and more! Want to start a specialty program? Have ideas for a group? Your ideas are embraced to help you meet your clinical growth goals! Position Highlights Full-time or flexible part-time opportunities! Clinic-based, in person 30-minute treatment sessions Healthy caseload expectations & documentation blocks built into your day! Full admin team to handle scheduling & billing Bonus opportunities for advanced practice skills in AAC or feeding therapy! Part time minimum of 20 hours, some afternoons/evenings required Onsite leadership team
What We're Looking For:
CCC-SLP Active California SLP license (or eligibility) Passion for children & play-based therapy Collaborative outlook & strong communication skills Growth mindset Compensation & Benefits $83,000
  • $90,000 base pay PLUS generous production bonus incentives On target earnings (OTE) between $85k-100k DOE Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance $500 Annual CEU Paid in person training days for continuing education!
