At Sunny Horizons, we're a small, therapist-run practice where you choose your schedule , your service area, and your ideal caseload. We specialize in in-home early intervention for ages 0-3 and value strong relationships with families — and with our therapists. At Sunny Horizons Therapy Services, we believe in flexibility, compassion, and empowering both families and therapists .

What You'll Do:

Provide in-home, play-based therapy for infants and toddlers in their natural environments Collaborate with families using a coaching model that builds real-life skills and confidence Conduct evaluations, develop IFSP-aligned treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation Work closely with a team that values warmth, trust, and professional excellence Why Sunny Horizons? .. Hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and are licensed in California (SLP or CFY) Have atleast one year of experience in pediatrics working on common developmental delays (speech, language, feeding, AAC, etc.) Are a natural collaborator with families and team members Are organized, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
