The successful candidate will assess and treat patients with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their quality of life in a comfortable home environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct home visits to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs Provide therapy for conditions such as speech delays, stroke-related impairments, and developmental disorders Support patients with articulation, fluency, voice, and cognitive-communication challenges Educate and train caregivers and family members on therapy techniques and exercises Recommend communication aids or assistive devices where necessary Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and patient outcomes Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Requirements Licensure:

Current and active state license to practice Speech Therapy.

Experience:

Previous experience in home health or geriatric care is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently.

Mobility:

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for travel to client homes.
