Job Description

Footprint Educational Staffing is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) to join our growing team and support K-12 students in school-based settings. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow looking for strong mentorship, this is an opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a collaborative and supportive educational environment. As a School-Based SLP, you will help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic success, social engagement, and lifelong confidence. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other communication disorders. Provide consultation and recommendations to educational teams to maximize student success. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. School-based experience preferred but not required. Strong understanding of IEP processes, special education services, and IDEA regulations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals. Pay:
$75.00 - $90.00 per hour
