Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - 2026-2027
School Year Location:
San Jose, California Pay Rate:
$83-$87/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday | 5x8
Schedule Setting:
Onsite / In-Person We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district team in San Jose, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting K-6th grade students. Virtual interviews are taking place now for this in-person school-based opportunity.
Position Details Full-time schedule:
40 hours per week Monday through Friday 5x8-hour shifts Elementary caseload: Kindergarten through 6th grade Onsite/in-person school-based position Competitive hourly pay: $83-$87/hour Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning Qualifications Active California SLP license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on district needs) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits Competitive compensation Weekly pay Supportive clinical and recruiting team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact with students and families To apply, please send your resume to Steve Johnson at steve@kindspireeducation.com .
