Qualifications:
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Strong communication and documentation skills Compassion and commitment to individualized patient care
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and care plans Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
