Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success Deliver therapy both individually and in groups, adapting methods as needed Maintain diligent and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license in California (or willingness to obtain) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but open to strong new grads Flexibility to work in different school settings and with varied caseloads
