Marin Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team on a part-time basis . If you are passionate about helping patients regain communication and swallowing function while working in a supportive, collaborative environment, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services to help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best patient outcomes Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment strategies and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current California SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for working with the elderly and rehabilitation patients
