Founded in 2014, we provide a specialized, strengths-based learning environment where students with autism and related learning differences receive individualized academic instruction, clinical support, and transition services tailored to their unique needs. Job Summary Job Summary The Helix School is a non-public school located in San Rafael, CA, serving autistic children who need mild to moderate levels of support. Helix's mission is to prepare our students for a fulfilling future through dynamic relationship-based interdisciplinary education. Our therapeutic strategies are centered on evidence based developmental and relationship centered curriculums with an emphasis on Pivotal Response Treatment, SCERTS and DIR/Floortime. Helix's vision is to provide a highly effective therapeutic education for autistic children by staying current with best practices in education and clinical research. We value a collaborative relationship with parents, caregivers and other professionals to provide a caring and consistent environment across school and home.
