Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Advance your career in speech-language pathology as a valued member of a school-based team focused on supporting students with diverse communication needs. Leverage your clinical expertise to make a real difference in the lives of children by providing both evaluation and direct therapeutic intervention in an educational setting near San Ramon, CA. This contract role offers you the chance to further develop your skills while being supported by a dedicated advisory network of experienced SLPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's communication goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions that foster progress in both speech and language abilities Monitor, document, and track student advancement with keen attention to detail Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring integrated and coordinated care for each student Involve families meaningfully in the therapy process through regular updates and educationQualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to function both independently and as part of a supportive team As a provider in this role, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, access to mentorship from highly experienced SLPs, and resources designed to support your professional growth.
