Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Sanger, CA, offering a contract role to provide essential speech and language support to students. This position focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders, helping students achieve their full potential in academic and social settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs. Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student goals.Qualifications and Experience:
Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in school settings is preferred. Strong assessment and intervention skills with pediatric populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
