Current, valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience in hospital or skilled nursing settings preferred Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitationKey Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for patients within the facility Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions to maximize recovery and functional communication Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planningBenefits & Travel Perks:
