Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school district in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a leave coverage assignment at Canyon High School. This part-time contract runs from August 2026 through November/December 2026. The district is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring.
  • Manage a caseload averaging approximately 45 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Work with onsite SLPAs who provide campus support.
Qualifications:
  • Active California SLP License required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred. :
  • Part-time contract
  • 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
