Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity as a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is located near Santa Rosa, CA, and offers the chance to work closely with educators, students, and families to support communication development and learning success in a vibrant school setting. With a schedule of 32.5 hours per week, you'll engage directly with students, making a meaningful impact in their educational journeys.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) State SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Recent experience providing speech therapy in schools Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to a diverse student population Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate student progress Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to integrate speech strategies into the classroom Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEP meetings and progress notes Participate actively in school-based teams to support student success Educate and empower staff and parents regarding speech and language development
