Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to a vibrant elementary school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This in-person contract opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact as you work with TK-5th grade students at one welcoming site. Standard school day hours (8AM-3PM, 35 hours weekly) allow you to enjoy both meaningful work and life balance over the full school year.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) to practice as an SLP Previous experience supporting school-age children, with a focus on elementary-aged students Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and educators Commitment to fostering student growth in communication, social, and academic successWhat You'll Do:
Provide direct therapy services to elementary students individually and in small groups Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required Participate in case conferences, professional development, and staff meetings Serve as a valued resource for speech and language strategies in the school community Step into a welcoming environment where your expertise transforms students' lives and enhances their educational experience.
