Speech and Language Pathologist in Sonoma, CA ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Sonoma, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $50 - $65 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding role supporting student communication and success throughout the 26/27 academic year! As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver meaningful services onsite within a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This is a full-time contract position at 37.5 hours per week, where you'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to make a lasting impact.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active and current California SLP license or the ability to obtain Prior experience working in school settings with K-12 students is preferred CCC-SLP certification is highly valued; strong CFY candidates are welcome Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation procedures Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school-based setting Assess, diagnose, and create individual treatment plans for students with speech/language delays and disorders Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and complete accurate paperwork and progress reports Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster positive outcomes Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions as required Engage in continued professional development and support a positive school climate
