Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) supporting elementary students in a vibrant school community near Sonoma, CA. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California (SLP-CCC required) Prior experience serving elementary-aged students preferred Strong commitment to fostering communication skills and social development Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in-person Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language needs using evidence-based practices Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team and families Consult and work closely with teachers and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state requirements
