Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with diverse speech and language needs in a welcoming educational environment near Taylorsville, CA. This position offers the chance to make a direct, meaningful impact as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and help shape students' communication skills for lifelong success.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students exhibiting speech and language disorders Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on each student's unique goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions that address a range of communication challenges Accurately track and document progress, maintaining detailed reports Partner with teachers, specialists, and families in a cooperative team setting Offer guidance and education to families, empowering them to support ongoing development
Qualifications We Value:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required) Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team
