Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference every day by supporting students across a diverse TK-12 district while collaborating closely with fellow professionals. This contract-based opportunity, located near Tehachapi, CA, is designed for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists looking to impact general education and moderate to severe needs within school settings. Work onsite at two well-established campuses serving a combined caseload from elementary (TK-5th grade) through high school (9th-12th grade). Your expertise will help shape communication skills and support academic growth for a caseload that may include up to 60 students, varying in needs and abilities. This full-time role offers 37.5 contracted hours each week, providing satisfying consistency and the chance to truly invest in your students.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California SLP License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience supporting student needs in a school environment preferred Ability to provide individualized and group therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
