Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Active CA SLP License required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in pediatric and/or school settings Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders Collaborate with educators, administrative staff, and families to optimize each student's progress Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies Provide support as a resource for teachers and participate in IEP meetings as needed
