Job Description
Nestled in the "Gateway to the Redwoods", Adventist Health Howard Memorial takes pride in its legacy of providing exceptional, high-quality care since 1928. Job Summary:
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders under the supervision of Required Professional Experience/Clinical Fellow (RPE/CFY) supervisors. Adheres to state and federal regulatory license, certification and accrediting requirement guidelines. Serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.Job Requirements:

Serves as a department role model and clinical resource. Maintains and advances professional knowledge and experience through continual educational opportunities. Assists in department operations, as requested by managers. Ensures patient, visitor and staff safety. Identifies and reports potential hazards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate and revise individualized patient care and discharge plans, based on patient medical record. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Organizational Requirements:
