Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Looking to make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting? This contract opportunity near Winton, CA offers the chance to work collaboratively with a supportive team while helping students achieve their communication goals. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing targeted therapy sessions. You'll carefully track progress and document outcomes, ensuring each student's ongoing success. Working closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you'll help coordinate care across educational and clinical settings and actively involve families in the therapeutic process.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
Duties and Expectations:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals Document progress and maintain detailed session notes Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and administrators Provide education and support to families to enhance therapy effectiveness Working in this role, you'll gain access to comprehensive support, including an advisory team staffed with SLPs in your state.
