Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Colorado state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start) Pediatric experience, preferably within educational or healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and service delivery Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams Engage students in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress and support Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and federal compliance standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
